Meet our SEEDS Family

Our CEO and CFO - Silvana Suárez.

Silvana works full time at Community Medical Center and takes care of our two Es in SEEDS; Elias & Ethan.

When not at work or busy around the house she makes sure SEEDS is on the right decision making path and the entire SEEDS Family is being properly cared for.

Operations Manager - Daniel Suárez.

You will see Daniel on a day to day basis taking care of your home as if it were his own. Daniel takes care of the daily operations for SEEDS and much of the work.

Daniel started working for landscapers at the age of fourteen until around the age of eighteen when he went to attend New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT). After many years out in the 'real world' developing software, websites, and consulting in Manhattan Daniel decided to return to lawn care.

Daniel is great at listening to his clients and converting ideas into reality. With the help of a network of great folks and team members Daniel can accomplish the smallest to largest of projects.

The two Es in S.E.E.D.S.

Elias and Ethan are active little guys attending school and keeping us busy as they quickly grow up!

Ethan would like to one day be a famous YouTuber while Elias is thinking of becoming a police officer.

In the mean time they continue to tackle on this great big world!

Master Builder - Luis "Lou" Suárez

Lou has been in the constructions business since before he could drive a car! He now focuses on building beautiful kitchens and baths but when we need someone to turn Daniel's ideas into reality we look onto Lou for his mastery in building and finding creative solutions.

With Lou's huge client following it's no wonder he loves what he does and is great at creating wonderful results for clients.

Landscape Designer - Luis Martinez.

His love for horticulture and helping customers to realize their “Dream” projects inspired Luis to change his company name to Dreamscape Design, Inc. After many years of attending seminars at Rutgers University and later attending Morris County College to become a Landscape Designer, he has accumulated the expertise to help his customers with any type of home projects they have in mind.

Luis is known for his ability to project in words, as well as design on paper, the many possibilities of their projects. Luis takes a “hands on” approach in all of his jobs and recognizes the importance of “listening” to his customers wants and needs. He looks for perfection in every job no matter how long it takes to finish, and he takes the time to teach each of his employees not just to do the work, but how important it is to pay attention to the details. Some of his customers have been with him for over 20 years or more.

Check out Luis's website for some of his work.
